We’ve really enjoyed the Cambodian/Khmer food. It’s tasty, good quality and cheap. Here are some of the dishes and drinks we’ve enjoyed:
Grilled betel leaf with marinated beef topped with broken peanuts.
Lok lak with stir fry beef veg in a peppered gravy served with rice and a fried egg on top.
Amok fish a mild curry in coconut and red chilli sauce served in a banana leaf.
Passion fruit mojito if the best cocktail I’ve ever had. Truly scrumptious.
The hotels we’ve stayed in have been good quality, comfortable and serve a good breakfast.
